Here’s the game plan.
Step 1: Get the guide or reach out
Download the pricing guide to get all the details on retainer options (and one-off packages too), or fill in my short intake form if you’ve got questions or want help choosing.
Step 2: Let’s find the right fit
After reviewing the guide or chatting with me, we’ll land on the best package for your goals or customise one just for you.
Step 3: You get a clear proposal
I’ll send through your proposal with everything you need to know, pricing, deliverables, timelines and how it all works.
Once you’re in, I’ll get you to fill out a more detailed creative brief so I have everything I need to plan your shoot with clarity and confidence.
Step 4: We make content magic
Once we lock it in, I’ll plan the first shoot, send you a shoot plan for approval and then deliver a bank of fresh content. Each month after that, you’ll send through a quick brief to guide the next shoot. Rinse and repeat!
Retainer Packages start from NZ$1199 + GST
Stop motion only? Product Photography only? A mix of both? You’re the boss.
There are a range of package options depending on what you need and if none of them hit the mark, we’ll tweak things to fit. It’s all about finding the right fit for your goals and how you’ll use the content.
You’ll get consistent, high-quality assets designed to sell your products, save you time and drive results, backed by a creative partner who’s invested in what you do.
Minimum 3-month commitment. Packages are available monthly or bi-monthly, depending on how often you need fresh content.

Shoot Plan Review
Each month, I’ll send over a shoot plan for you to review. If anything needs tweaking or if you’ve got fresh ideas, we can adjust it to fit!
Content Delivery
Your content will land in the third week of each month, with a 3-week timeline to allow for planning, shooting, retouching, and delivery straight to your personal gallery!

Why do I need this service anyway?
Because DIY content can only take you so far and let's be honest, Canva and your iPhone aren't a content strategy. This is content that’s planned, purposeful and works for your brand.
I don’t have much time, how long will this take and will it be easy to fit into my schedule?
Totally. This is designed to save you time, not take up more of it. Once your content goals are clear, I handle the planning, shooting, and delivery, so you can focus on running your business.
The Nitty-Gritty
Can I book a bi-monthly package instead of monthly?
Yep! If monthly content isn’t needed, bi-monthly is a great option. You’ll still get the same support and planning, just spaced out.
Can I be at the photo shoot with you?
I shoot from my home studio and often spread larger shoots out over a few days to make sure everything is styled, lit, and captured just right. Because of the space and flow, I don’t have clients attend the shoot, but you’ll get a detailed shoot plan beforehand so you know exactly what to expect.
Do my products get returned?
While we’re working together, I’ll hold onto your products so I can use them across multiple shoots. If you'd prefer them returned at any point, just let me know, you’re welcome to include a return courier bag, or I can organise return shipping and add it to your invoice.
If we wrap things up, I’ll hold on to items for up to 3 months, after that, they may be donated or gifted if not collected or sent back.
How do I get started?
Easy, download the pricing guide or fill out the quick intake form and I’ll be in touch with the next steps. Once we’ve landed on the right package, I’ll send over a proposal and we’ll kick things off from there.
Will I get a plan before the shoot so I know what to expect?
Absolutely. You’ll receive a clear shoot plan with concepts, props, and visual references and you’ll have the chance to review and approve it before anything’s shot.
Can you supply different formats for stop motion to suit different platforms?
Yes, all stop motions are delivered in 9:16 (for Tik Tok, Stories and Reels) and 4:5 (for feed posts). These formats are included in your retainer.
If you need something outside those (like 16:9 for YouTube or web banners), let’s chat, it often requires re-shooting due to the vastly different format and isn’t included in standard packages.
What are your payment terms?
Retainers are paid in full and due on the first of each month.
A props budget of around $100/month is usually needed, though this can vary depending on the shoot concept. Some months there might be no extra spend at all, while others (especially those involving perishables or custom backdrops) may go over.
You’ll always have access to what’s in my studio and I’ll flag any additional costs for approval before purchase.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the custom nature of this work, refunds aren’t offered, which is why your brief and shoot plan are so important. We’ll make sure everything’s clearly aligned before the shoot so there are no surprises.
If something’s not right, just get in touch within 3 working days. You’re welcome to request a reshoot with a valid reason, I want you to be happy with the final result.
What if I need to pause the retainer?
Life happens, I get it. If something comes up, you're welcome to pause your retainer at any time. The only catch? Pauses can be for up to 3 months max and any paused time doesn’t count toward your 3-month commitment. After you've completed 3 months, we can adjust or wrap things up.
