Turnaround time is 8-10 working days from shoot date. (Please note that in busy times the turnaround time may be longer, please enquire about time frames if you’re on a deadline.) If images are required within 5 working days a rush fee of 20% of the total invoice will be charged. 

A creative setup cost will be charged at $70.00 per hour. This covers brand research, shoot planning, prop sourcing / purchasing and travel.

Additional costs may apply for props / ingredients needed for the shoot and will be added to the invoice. If you have a strict budget for prop purchases please state this on client brief. 

All images are provided in high resolution, if you are needing web resolution images please let me know. There will be additional charges to convert images to web resolution of $70.00 per hour. 

Invoices are to be paid in full before images are sent to client. 

Often the product will be opened, used or unpackaged if required for the shoot. Any requests not to open, use or unpackage the product must be stated on client form.


If you are not completely happy with the photographs, please let Sophie Louise Creative know in writing within 3 days of receiving the images by emailing sophielouisecreative@gmail.com. Outside this 3 day period any requested changes will be charged at $70 an hour. 


Clients are required to cover all postage costs associated with sending and returning products. Return postage will be added to the invoice and products will not be sent until the invoice is paid in full. Sophie Louise Creative is not responsible for any loss or damages to products once they have been collected by the courier. 


The client understands and agrees that Sophie Louise Creative is entitled to use these images for promotional purposes including but not limited to advertising and promotional material, social media, websites and other online and/or print mediums.


The client also understands that copyright of all images remains with Sophie Louise Creative.
